摘要
基于课程思政与思政课程协同育人大背景,高职院校各专业不同范围、不同程度地尝试思政融入教学改革,作为近些年新兴专业的新能源汽车技术专业思政育人研究还处于探索阶段,本文创新提出课程思政“一体四翼”教学改革新模式;探索思政课教师共同参与的联合备课、助教式参与授课新方式;创新提出企业实践“思政学分”置换新思路;提高学生积极主动参与企业实践主观意识,解决思政育人过程中增强学生获得感不易实现难题,使企业成为高校思政育人有效补充力量,是校企融合共建共享进一步崭新尝试。
Based on the background of ideological and political courses and the collaborative education of ideological and political courses, various majors in higher vocational colleges have tried to integrate ideological and political education into teaching reform in different scopes and degrees. As an emerging major in recent years, the ideological and political education of new energy vehicle technology is still in the exploratory stage. This paper innovatively proposes a new teaching reform model of “one body and four wings” of ideological and political courses, explores a new way of joint lesson preparation and teaching assistant participation in teaching that teachers of ideological and political courses participate in, and innovatively proposes “ideological and political credits” for enterprise practice replacement. It is a further new attempt to integrate and share the school-enterprise integration to improve the subjective awareness of students’ active participation in enterprise practice, to solve the difficult problem of enhancing students’ sense of acquisition in the process of ideological and political education, and to make enterprises an effective supplementary force for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
