摘要
文中介绍使用六西格玛设计(DFSS)方法来生成纯电动敞篷车软顶系统的低成本设计方案。根据六西格玛设计方法论,确定用户,建立用户场景体系,系统的识别用户需求,由用户需求转化为功能需求,进而转化为技术参数指标。采用功能分析工具系统的识别出技术系统中的改进机会,根据成本分析确认重点研究对象,根据改进机会和研究对象生成概念方案。用普氏分析结合技术参数指标生成最优的技术方案,达到降本目标。
This paper introduces the use of Design Six Sigma(DFSS) to generate a low-cost design scheme for a pure electric convertible soft-top system. According to the Six Sigma methodology, the study identifies users, establishes a user scenario system, systematically identifies user needs, converts user needs into functional requirements, and then converts them into technical parameter indicators. The improvement opportunities in the technical system are identified by the functional analysis tool system, the key research objects are confirmed according to the cost analysis, and the conceptual scheme is generated according to the improvement opportunities and research objects, using platts analysis combined with technical parameter indicators to generate the optimal technical solution to achieve the goal of cost reduction.
