Application of Analytic Data of Car Driving Recorder in Reconstruction Accident Formation Process

随着我国公路交通运输业的快速发展,道路交通事故发生率不断增高的问题同样突出,同时交通事故相关的鉴定要求也越来越高。如何应用中大型客车、危险品运输车及半挂牵引车等特种车辆中装备的汽车行驶记录仪来进行事故形成过程重建是个新的问题。本文就如何提取行驶记录仪数据、解析行驶记录仪数据及应用分析行驶记录仪数据等方面进行探讨,并结合实际案例,证实了基于汽车行驶记录仪的重建事故形成过程方法的客观性、可行性、准确性及有效性,为重建事故形成过程提供了一种新的技术方法。

With the rapid development of China’s road transportation industry, the problem of the increasing incidence of road traffic accidents is also prominent, and the identification requirements related to traffic accidents are also getting higher and higher. It is a new problem how to use the car driving recorder equipped in special vehicles such as medium and large passenger cars, dangerous goods transport vehicles and semi-trailer tractors to reconstruct the accident formation process. This paper discusses how to extract tachograph data, analyze tachograph data, and apply and analyze tachograph data. Combined with actual cases, it proves the objectivity and feasibility, accuracy and effectiveness of the method of reconstructing the accident formation process based on car tachograph, providing a new technical method for reconstructing the accident formation process.
