摘要 研究了有机-无机复合胶接剂对透水混凝土力学性能、透水性能、耐磨性和耐流水侵蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明,透水混凝土胶接剂能明显改善透水混凝土拌合物的工作性能,改善浆体对骨料的包裹性,增加骨料颗粒间的粘接性,但当掺量过大,会造成浆体粘度增加,出现拉丝、淌浆现象,影响拌合物性能。当胶接剂掺量低于4%时,透水混凝土的28d抗压、抗折强度及耐磨性能、透水系数和耐流水侵蚀性能随着胶接剂掺量的增加而提高,但当掺量超过4%时出现缓慢下降。其中,透水系数主要受到透水混凝土结构空隙率的影响,随着胶接剂掺量的增加,整体变化不大。 The effects of organic-inorganic composite admixture on the mechanical properties,water permeability,wear resistance and water erosion resistance of permeable concrete were studied.The results show that the permeable concrete admixture can significantly improve the working performance of the permeable concrete mixture,improve the wrapping of the slurry to the aggregate and increase the adhesion between the aggregate particles.However,when the dosage is too large,it will increase the viscosity of the slurry,lead to wire drawing and slurry flowing,and affect the performance of the mixture.When the content of admixture agent is less than 4%,the 28d compressive strength,28d flexural strength,wear resistance,permeability coefficient and water erosion resistance of permeable concrete increase with the increase of the content of bonding agent,but decrease slowly when the content of admixture exceeds 4%.Then,the permeability coefficient is mainly affected by the porosity of permeable concrete structure,and the overall change is small with the increase of the amount of bonding agent.
