摘要
针对混凝土所处的多重劣化因素,将混凝土的工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能,形成一个辩证统一的综合性整体来看待,不再以强度为唯一的考核指标,并贯穿于配合比设计过程,最终以满足所有性能的指标作为配合比设计的控制性指标进行配合比设计,将设计出的配合比进行试配,并检测其工作性能和力学性能,选取其中满足要求且具有成本优势的配合比进一步进行耐久性试验,最终获得能够应对多重劣化因素的高性能混凝土。
In view of the multiple deterioration factors of concrete,the workability,mechanical properties and durability of concrete are viewed as a dialectical and unified comprehensive whole,which runs through the mix proportion design process.Finally,the mix proportion design is carried out with the index meeting all performance as the control index of mix proportion design,the designed mix proportion is tested,and its working performance and mechanical properties are tested,select the mix proportion that meets the requirements and has cost advantage for further durability test,and finally obtain the high-performance concrete that can deal with multiple deterioration factors.
