摘要
目前周边环境复杂的超深基坑围护体系采用地下连续墙,地下连续墙施工中的钢筋笼吊装是一项关键工序,以某项目的地下连续墙钢筋笼的吊装为例,分析了地下连续墙钢筋笼吊装过程中起重机的选择,讨论了钢筋笼起吊时的受力状态,并对吊点、钢丝绳等选型进行了研究,从而使地下连续墙的钢筋笼吊装既安全又经济。
At present,the retaining system of extra-deep excavations with complex surrounding environment adopts diaphragm wall,and the hoisting of reinforcement cage in the construction of diaphragm wall is a key process.The paper takes the hoisting of reinforcement cage of diaphragm wall in a project as an example,the selection of crane in the hoisting process of reinforcement cage of diaphragm wall is analyzed,and the stress state of reinforcement cage during hoisting is discussed,and the selection of lifting point and steel wire rope is studied,therefore,the hoisting of reinforcement cage of diaphragm wall is safe and economical.
