摘要
技术方案选型作为工程建设的基础内容,工程造价对其有直接影响。基于此,以某小学桩基工程为例,分析工程造价在技术方案选型中的应用价值。通过讲述工程概况、工程地质水文、已施工的工程桩情况,对本地层工程桩提出具体问题,并分析其原因,制订最终施工处理方案,保证工程造价在工程建设中的合理性与科学性。
The selection of technical scheme is the basic content of engineering construction,and the project cost has a direct impact on it.Based on the above,the paper takes a primary school pile foundation project as an example to analyze the application value of engineering cost in the selection of technical schemes.By describing the general situation of the project,the geology and hydrology of the project,and the situation of the project piles that have been constructed,the specific problems of the local layer project piles are put forward,the reasons are analyzed,and the final construction treatment plan is formulated to ensure the rationality and scientificity of the project cost in the project construction.
