基于沉降槽评估盾构掘进对周边建筑物影响

摘要 为评估盾构隧道掘进对周边建筑物产生的工程风险,以以色列某盾构区间为例,介绍了基于Peck沉降槽理论分析盾构施工对周边建筑物影响的国外设计方法。根据建筑物的实际尺寸及与隧道区间的相对位置关系计算建筑物最大沉降、倾斜及拉应变,对建筑物的损害程度进行分级,并结合建筑物实际状况,确定了建筑物施工风险等级,进而可以确定有针对性的施工风险措施。与国内规范中通过建筑物自身的重要程度及与隧道相对位置关系进行风险等级评定方法相比,该方法理论基础明确,设计思路较为清晰,计算结果更为直观,对国内设计工作具有较强的借鉴及参考意义。 To evaluate the risk assessment method of shield tunneling on surrounding buildings,taking Israel tunnel project as example,the paper introduces the foreign design method of analyzing the impact of shield construction on surrounding buildings based on Peck settlement tank theory.Considering the building size and relative location with tunnels,the maximum settlement,maximum angular distortion and maximum tensile strain of the building are calculated to assess the damage level.Combined with the actual building condition,the final construction risk level could be determined,then different construction risk measurement could be applied.Compared with the method of assessing the risk level based on the importance of the building itself and the relative position relationship with the tunnel according to the domestic code,the method has a clear theoretical basis,clear design ideas,and more intuitive calculation results,which has a strong influence on similar design work.
