近年来,我国民办高等教育迅猛发展,对民办本科高校科学研究的要求与日俱增,民办本科高校科研管理工作也显得尤为重要。文章通过对民办本科高校科研管理工作的职责、特点及工作中发现的常见问题,有针对性地进行了全面综合分析,提出了民办本科高校科研管理体系设计的工作建议,旨在提高民办本科高校的科研管理水平和科学研究的综合实力,更好地为民办高等教育服务。

In recent years,with the rapid development of private higher education in China,the requirements for scientific research of private undergraduate colleges and universities are also increasing day by day.Then,the scientific research management of private undergraduate colleges and universities is particularly important.This paper makes a targeted and comprehensive analysis on the responsibilities,characteristics and common problems found in the scientific research management of private undergraduate colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions on the design of scientific research management system of private undergraduate colleges and universities.The purpose is to improve the scientific research management level and the comprehensive strength of scientific research of private undergraduate colleges and universities,and better serve private higher education.
