“三全育人”视域下“三气”青年培育路径探究——以“3+3”行走的党课品牌创建为视角

Exploring the Path of Cultivating “Three Temperament”Youth from the Perspective of “Three Comprehensive Educations”——From the Perspective of the Brand Construction of “3+3” Walking Party Class

在“三全育人”综合改革深入推进、习近平对新时代中国青年提出“三气”要求的时代背景下,本文以现有文献为基础,将红色基因作为主体,以“三全育人”理念为指导,通过多视角和多方位等方式深入探索“立德树人”“实践育人”“科研创新”的新时代红色基因培育路径。构建了“3+3”行走的党课实践育人的创新路径,以此实现红色基因全员辐射、红色精神全程渗透和红色知识全面传播的目标。

Under the background of the comprehensive reform of “three comprehensive educations” and General Secretary Xi Jinping′s “three temperament” requirements for Chinese youth in the new era,and on the basis of the existing literature,this paper takes “the red gene” as the research subject.It takes the concept of “three comprehensive educations” as the guidance to explore deeply a new-era “red gene” cultivation path of “cultivating people by virtue,” “cultivating people by practice,” and “scientific research and innovation” through multi-perspective and multi-faceted methods.An innovative path of “3+3” walking party class education and practice has been built,so as to achieve the goal of full radiation of red genes,full penetration of red spirit,and full dissemination of red knowledge.
