数值模拟驱动的过钻具偶极声波测井仪设计 被引量:2

摘要 过钻具偶极声波测井仪能够提供详细的岩石物理数据,评估地层各向异性和裂缝,确定最小应力方向,可满足非常规水平井对压裂设计和优化的市场需求。通过数值模拟计算不同材料、不同结构、不同尺寸、不同边界条件下单极换能器和偶极换能器的声学性能,得到了单极换能器和偶极换能器关键设计参数。通过模拟换能器骨架、油腔和透声窗之间相互耦合作用对能量辐射与频谱的影响,形成了单极换能器和偶极换能器设计方案。通过模拟分析整支仪器在声学压电效应电路的多物理场耦合测井响应,进行了换能器优化设计,完成了数值模拟驱动的仪器设计。研究对于过钻具偶极声波测井仪设计、研发及应用具有指导意义,为加快过钻具测井技术研发与推广提供了技术支持。 By providing detailed petrophysical data to evaluate formation anisotropy and fractures and determine the minimum stress direction,through-pipe dipole acoustic logging tool can meet the market demands of unconventional horizontal wells for fracturing design and optimization.Through the numerical simulation,single transducer and the acoustic performance of dipole transducer with different materials,different structures,different sizes,different boundary conditions is calculated,the unipolar transducer and key design parameters are obtained.By simulating the influence of coupling among the transducer framework,oil cavity and sound transmission window on energy radiation and spectrum,the design scheme of monopole transducer and dipole transducer is formed.By simulating and analyzing of the logging response of the whole tool based on acoustic-piezoelectric effect-circuit multi-physical field coupling,the optimal design of the transducer is carried out,and the tool design driven by numerical simulation is formed.The research has a guiding significance for the design,development and application of the through-pipe dipole acoustic logging tool,and provides technical support for accelerating the development and promotion of the through-pipe logging technology.
