摘要 随钻地层测压取样仪是随钻测井施工中结构最复杂、技术难度最大的装备之一。其中泵抽系统是获取地层流体的关键部件。设计了随钻地层测试泵抽系统,采用模块化设计,将随钻地层测试泵抽系统划分为双向往复缸模块、控制阀座模块和液控模块,实现了地层样品同时泵抽、泵排功能。使用回油池的设计方法简化油路设计,总结了复杂管路的设计原则,提高深孔、短孔加工的工艺性。 The formation pressure sampler while drilling is one of the most complex and technically difficult equipment in logging while drilling.The pumping system is the key component to obtain formation fluid.The pumping system for formation test while drilling is designed,based on the modular design,the pumping system of formation testing while drilling is divided into two-way reciprocating cylinder module,control valve module and hydraulic control module.The design method of oil return tank is used to simplify the oil circuit,the function of pumping and discharging stratum samples at the same time is realized.The principles of complex pipelines are summarized.The real drilling experiment of formation pressure sampler while drilling is successful,and the practicability of pumping system is verified,deep hole and short hole processing teehnology is improved.
