摘要 [目的]探究城市排水污泥制有机营养土对国槐和刺槐播种育苗及林下自然更新的影响,为其在国槐和刺槐林人工培育中的应用提供科学依据。[方法]将污泥制有机营养土产品与苗圃沙土按不同比例混合,加入蒸馏水浸泡不同天数后并制成浸提液,用作种子发芽试验过程中的营养液,在实验室的人工气候箱中进行种子萌发试验。[结果]添加适量污泥浸提液对国槐种子的发芽率、发芽进程、发芽效率和萌发潜力都有促进作用,大多以污泥产品占比20%影响更为显著,污泥用量过多反而会抑制国槐种子的萌发,总体表现为添加少量污泥促进萌发、过量污泥抑制萌发的效果;与国槐种子的结果相似,当污泥产品占比为20%时,刺槐种子的大多数指标都表现为对种子萌发有促进作用,但污泥施入对刺槐的发芽指数有抑制作用。并且浸提时间越长,对国槐和刺槐种子的萌发更加有益。[结论]城市排水污泥制有机营养土适量用作国槐和刺槐播种育苗的基肥和种肥是可取的,但仍需在实际生产中进行完善,充分考虑其合理用量并应用推广。 [Objective] In order to explore the effect of using organic nutrient soil made from urban sewage sludge on the seed germination of Sophora japonica and Robinia pseudoacacia, and to provide scientific experimental basis for the application of sludge products in the artificial cultivation of Sophora japonica and Robinia pseudoacacia forest. [Method] The organic nutrient soil product made from sludge is mixed with the nursery sand in different proportions, and distilled water is added to soak for different days to make the extract, which is used as the nutrient solution in the process of seed germination test, and the seeds germination test is carried out in the artificial climate box in the laboratory. [Result] The results show that the addition of an appropriate amount of sludge extract can promote the germination rate, germination process, germination efficiency and germination potential of Sophora japonica, and the effect is more significant when the sludge product accounts for 20%. Excessive dosage will inhibit the germination of Sophora japonica. Generally speaking, the effect of adding a small amount of sludge to promote germination and excessive sludge to inhibit germination;similar to the results of Sophora japonica, when the sludge product accounts for 20%, most of the indicators of Robinia pseudoacacia show that the appropriate amount of sludge can promote the germination of Robinia pseudoacacia, but the application of sludge can inhibit the germination index of Robinia pseudoacacia. And the longer the extraction time, the more beneficial to the germination of Sophora japonica and Robinia pseudoacacia. [Conclusion] Appropriate application of urban sewage sludge to make organic nutrient soil is advisable as the base fertilizer and seed fertilizer for Sophora japonica and Robinia pseudoacacia sowing and seedling, but it still needs to be improved in actual production, fully considering its reasonable dosage and applying it.
