空间生产视角下乡村旅游空间重构机制研究——以南京市江宁区4个村庄为例

Research on the Spatial Reconstruction Mechanism of Rural Tourism from the Perspective of Spatial Production——Taking 4 Villages in Jiangning District, Nanjing as an Example

乡村地区通过旅游发展重新激活了内生发展动力,乡村旅游在空间生产的过程中进行要素重构。以南京市江宁区苏家文创小镇、黄龙岘、观音殿、龙乡·双范4个乡村旅游村庄为例,对村庄不同的发展模式进行研究,探讨乡建背后的资本运作逻辑、乡村空间要素重构及动力机制。研究发现政府通过招商引资填补乡村地区的产业空白,扩大乡村内部的就业结构;资本通过市场化的生产方式为乡村带来新的造血功能,但资本介入后空间治理的权属问题较大。最后提出发展乡村旅游应持有开放性的视角看待资本下沉,要提高基层建设水平、改善治理方式、协调资本和小农经济的生产关系。

In recent years, the model of government-enterprise alliance has reactivated the endogenous development momentum through tourism development in rural areas, and has realized the transformation from a small-scale peasant economy to an integrated development model of primary, secondary and tertiary industries. Based on the theory of spatial production, this study selects four typical rural tourism spots: Sujia Cultural and Creative Town, Huanglongxian, Guanyin Temple, and Longxiang·Shuangfan in Jiangning District, Nanjing. Research on the capital operation logic behind rural construction, the reconstruction of rural spatial elements and the evolution of governance bodies after capital settled. The study concluded that the current rural revitalization is inseparable from capital sinking and government assistance. The government uses investment promotion to fill the industrial gaps in rural areas and expand the employment structure within the rural areas;capital brings to the rural areas through market-oriented production methods. With the new hematopoietic function, the value of rural land has doubled. The mode of government-enterprise collaboration has realized spatial capitalization, but the involvement of capital and the government and the ownership of the village aborigines have continued to conflict with each other in spatial governance. The research believes that although rural tourism has entered a stage of stabilization, the ownership of space governance needs to be resolved at this stage. In addition, the development of rural tourism requires further study and exploration to fundamentally realize rural revitalization.
