摘要 [目的]利用主成分分析法对不同产地的凉粉草中总黄酮、总酚酸、总糖、紫云英苷、迷迭香酸、咖啡酸含量进行评价,验证其含量测定方法。[方法]采用HPLC法测定凉粉草中咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、紫云英苷含量;采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮、总酚酸和总糖的含量;对6个成分含量进行主成分分析,评价不同产地质量差异。[结果]建立的含量测定方法稳定、可靠;主成分分析提取3个成分,累计贡献率87.395%,酚酸类和黄酮类物质对于凉粉草的质量评价有重要贡献。通过综合评分,来自广东平远及福建长汀凉粉草质量较好。[结论]20批不同产地的凉粉草质量具有差异性,且产地距离较近的凉粉草表现出成分含量特征相似性;建立的主成分分析方法可对测定指标进行全面分析,适用于凉粉草质量评价。 [Objective]The principal component analysis method was used to evaluate the contents of total flavonoids, total phenolic acids, total sugars, vetchin, rosmarinic acid and caffeic acid in Mesona chinensis from different origins, and to verify the content determination methods.[Method]The contents of caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid and vetchin in Mesona chinensis were determined by HPLC;the contents of total flavonoids, total phenolic acids and total sugars were determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.Principal component analysis was carried out on the content of 6 components to evaluate the quality difference between different producing areas.[Result]The established content determination method was stable and reliable.Principal component analysis extracted 3 components with a cumulative contribution rate of 87.395%.Phenolic acids and flavonoids had important contributions to the quality evaluation of Mesona chinensis.According to the comprehensive score, the quality of Mesona chinensis from Pingyuan Guangdong and Changting Fujian was better.[Conclusion]20 batches from different production regions showed variability in the quality of Mesona chinensis,and those from relatively close locations showed characteristic similarity in their compositional contents.The established PCA method can provide a comprehensive analysis of the measured indexes and is suitable for the quality evaluation of Mesona chinensis.
