摘要
成果导向教育模式强调学生学习产出是驱动教育系统运作的动力,要求以学生学习产出贯穿整个人才培养过程。以成果导向教育模式审视高校思政课“终极产出”这一价值命题,高校思政课建设应以学习成果为导向,定位培养目标的内涵;以学生为中心,支撑培养目标的实现;以持续改进为路径,评价培养目标的达成。定义学生预期学习产出是首要的关键环节,可依据人的全面发展理论、国家的政策文件,结合对“政治认同”“家国情怀”“道德修养”“法治意识”“文化素养”五大核心素养的内涵剖析,细化分解高校思政课培养目标。
The result oriented education model emphasizes that students’output is the driving force of the operation of the ed⁃ucation system,and requires students’output to run through the whole talent training.Examining the value proposition of“ulti⁃mate output”of ideological&political courses in universities with the result-oriented education model,it is suggested that the construction of ideological&political courses in colleges and universities should be guided by learning results to formulate train⁃ing goals.And we should take students as the center to support the implement of training goals,and take continuous improve⁃ment as the path to evaluate the achievement of training objectives.The most important key step is defining students’expected learning output.The training objectives of ideological&political courses in universities could be refined and decomposed based on the theory of people’s all-round development and national policy documents and combined with the connotation of the five core qualities o“f political identity”,“state nationalism”,“moral cultivation”,“legal consciousness”and“cultural cultivation”.
