城市更新情境下重大事件空间后续利用模式

The Patterns of Follow-up Utilization of Mega-Event Space in the Context of Urban Regeneration

在后工业社会,多种类型重大事件的举办通常关联着系统性城市更新战略目标。城市更新情境下重大事件空间后续利用目标包括短期目标与长期目标。短期目标是将空间融入城市社会生活,长期目标是将空间融入城市社会结构。在融入城市社会结构的城市更新目标引导下,本文提出重大事件空间后续利用注重社会生活功能、社会文化功能、社会休闲功能、社会混合功能四种模式。

In post-industrial society, various types of megaevent are usually related to the strategic objective of urban system regeneration. The follow-up utilization goals of Mega-event space include short-term goal and long-term goal in the context of urban regeneration. The short-term goal is to integrate space into urban social life, while the long-term goal is to integrate space into urban social structure. Under the guidance of urban regeneration of integrating space into urban social structure, this paper puts forward four patterns of follow-up utilization of mega-events space: focusing on social life function, social culture function, social leisure function and social mixed function.
