文化基因视角下苏州古城街坊城市设计策略研究——以古城47、48、53号街坊为例

Study on the Urban Design Strategy of Suzhou’s Ancient City from the Perspective of Cultural Genes: Cases of No. 47, 48 and 53 Neighborhoods of the Ancient City

在“存量规划”背景下,文化基因的表达与传承是当下苏州古城更新的首要议题。本文以古城47、48、53号街坊为例,从文化基因的视角挖掘地域基因和文化内涵,针对“学”风已逝、城迹难觅、水弱陆强、商颓居隔的问题,遵循表达文化因子、修补历史文脉、营建地域特色、再现生活模式的路径,提出了强核彰文、显轴映脉、理带连廊、梳坊优居的城市设计策略,从而重塑活力空间、延续地域文化,为苏州古城街坊城市设计提供新思路。

Under the background of “stock planning”, the expression and inheritance of cultural genes is the primary issue in the renewal of the ancient city of Suzhou. This paper takes No. 47, 48 and 53neighborhoods in the ancient city as an example, and excavates the regional genes and cultural connotations from the perspective of cultural genes. In view of the problems of “passed learning style, difficulty of finding the city, weak water and strong land, and the isolated and declined businesses”, the paper follows the path of expressing cultural factors, repairing the historical context, constructing the regional characteristics and reproducing the living mode. Then the paper proposes the urban design strategy of highlighting the core to promote the culture, showing the axis to reflect the context, organizing the corridors and optimizing the residences so as to provide new ideas for the urban design of the neighborhoods in Suzhou ancient city.
