基于多源数据的乡村生活圈适老性公共服务设施配置研究——以苏南乡村地区为例

Research on the Allocation of Public Service Facilities for the Aged in Rural Living Circles Based on Multi-Source Data: A Case of the Rural Areas of Southern Jiangsu

随着乡村振兴战略工作的不断深入,乡村地区人民生活水平不断提高,解决以老年人口为主体的乡村地区适老性公共服务设施配置问题,是实现城乡一体化、缩小城乡差距的必经之路。本文以苏南乡村地区为例,以乡村生活圈理论为指导,基于多源数据了解苏南地区乡村特征和适老性公共服务设施配置现状,同时着眼于乡村地区老龄居民的切身需求,自下而上地提出问题和对策,以期对乡村配套设施建设做出贡献。

At present, the government’s rural revitalization work continues to deepen, and the living standards of the people in rural areas continue to improve. Solving the allocation of public service facilities suitable for the elderly in rural areas is the essential way to achieve urban-rural integration and to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. This paper takes the rural area of southern Jiangsu as an example. Guided by the theory of rural living circle, and based on multi-source data, the paper learns about the current situation of rural characteristics and the allocation of public service facilities suitable for the elderly in southern Jiangsu. At the same time, it pays attention to the immediate needs of the elderly residents in rural areas, and puts forward bottom-up problems and countermeasures,thereby contributing to the construction of rural supporting facilities.
