摘要
在我国城乡转型发展的时代背景下,规划评估在发展过程中的重要性日益彰显,相关研究与实践逐渐丰富与深入。本文回顾了近20年国内规划评估的研究进展,归纳出两个发展阶段,关注三个关键词,聚类出九类时区演化,把握规划评估的发展演变趋势。通过现有研究成果分析对规划评估的内涵、意义、内容与方法等问题进行总结,并展望此研究领域的未来发展趋势。
Under the background of urban-rural transformation and development in China, the importance of planning evaluation in the development process is becoming increasingly prominent, and the related research and practice are gradually enriched and deepened.This paper reviews the research progress of planning evaluation in China in recent 20 years, summarizes two development stages, focuses on three key words, clusters nine time zone evolution, and grasps the development trend of planning evaluation. Through the analysis on the existing research results, this paper summarizes the connotation,significance, content and methods of planning evaluation, and looks forward to the future development trend of this research field.
