摘要
目的比较多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)与超声胃镜(endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS)在贲门部及胃底部间质瘤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2018年9月至2020年9月收治的经病理及免疫组织化学确诊的35例贲门部间质瘤与78例胃底部间质瘤患者的临床资料。所有患者均行MSCT与EUS检查,比较分析两种检查结果在诊断贲门部和胃底部间质瘤中的差异。结果贲门部间质瘤MSCT检查阳性18例(51.4%),EUS检查阳性33例(94.3%)。EUS检查诊断贲门部间质瘤的敏感度优于MSCT检查(P<0.05)。胃底部间质瘤MSCT检查阳性67例(85.9%),EUS检查阳性70例(89.7%);两种检查敏感度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论EUS检查对于贲门部间质瘤的诊断价值优于MSCT,而对于胃底部间质瘤的诊断MSCT与EUS均表现出较高的敏感度。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)in gas-tric stromal tumors located in cardia and fundus.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with gastric stromal tumors in cardia and 78 patients with gastric stromal tumors in fundus confirmed by pathology and immunohistochemistry,admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2018 to September 2020,were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent MSCT and EUS.The differences in the diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors by the two methods were compared.Results Eighteen patients(51.4%)showed positive MSCT results and 33 patients(94.3%)showed positive EUS findings for gastric stromal tumors in cardia.The sensitivity of EUS in the diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors in cardia was better than that of MSCT(P<0.05).Sixty-seven patients(85.9%)had positive MSCT results and 70 patients(89.7%)had positive EUS findings for fundus gastric stromal tumors.There was no significant difference in the sen-sitivity between the two tests(P>0.05).Conclusions EUS is superior to MSCT in the diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors in cardia,while both MSCT and EUS show high sensitivity in the diagnosis of fundus gastric stromal tumors.
