基于人居环境科学研究背景下的城中村改造更新思考——以昆明市斗南城中村空间更新延续为例

Thinking on the Reconstruction and Renewal of Urban Villages Based on the Research of Human Settlement Environment: A Case of the Renewal and Continuation of the Space in Dounan Community in Kunming

社区人居环境作为人居环境五大层次的一个重要组成部分,为城市及建筑人居环境发展起到了承上启下的作用。本文以昆明市斗南城中村为例,运用人居环境学科系统,分析其发展起源、背景及特殊性,探讨如何建设宜居的四生空间,如何营造人与自然、人与社会和谐的居住状态。为建设“新生活+乡音”“新产业发展+乡貌”的花卉小镇奠定基础,实现城中村的多元更新发展。

Community living environment,as an important part of the five levels of living environment,plays a connecting role in the development of urban and architectural living environment.This paper takes Dounan urban village in Kunming as an example,makes use of the system of human settlement environment,analyzes the origin,background and particularity of its development,and discusses how to construct a livable quadrennial space and how to create a harmonious living state between man and nature and society.It lays a foundation for the establishment of the flower town of“new life+township sound”,“new industry development+township appearance”,and also realizes the renewal of urban villages in a more diversified way.
