关中民居特色与发展探究——以陕西省渭南市潼关县梁家城为例

Study on the Characteristics and Development of Residential Buildings in Guanzhong Area: A Case of the Traditional Vernacular Dwelling Buildings in Liangjiacheng, Tongguan County, Weinan, Shanxi

本文简述了关中民居的发展历史及特点,并以陕西省渭南市潼关县梁家城现存民居为例,与文献资料进行互相印证和对照。本文还对此地自20世纪90年代以来新建的民宅进行研究,简述其材料与布局,并与传统关中民居进行对比,探索其对传统民居形式的传承和为适应现代生产生活所做的创新。

This paper briefly describes the development history and characteristics of Guanzhong dwellings,and takes the existing dwellings in Liangjiacheng,Tongguan County,Weinan,Shaanxi as an example to verify and compare with the literature.This paper also studies the new houses built here since the 1990s,briefly describes their materials and layout,compares them with the traditional dwellings in Guanzhong area,and explores their inheritance of traditional forms and innovation adapt to modern production and life.
