Research on Improvement of Design Highlights of Rental and Sales Industrial Park under the Future Development Trend

产业园在未来发展历程中将成为城市空间演变和社会环境更替的重要载体,承担创新驱动和产业复兴的重要历史使命[1]。本文在城市空间再生理论的基础上,通过对产业园未来发展趋势的研究,针对性地提出相应的设计研发亮点,并探索性地对设计亮点进行案例模拟应用。希望能够对城市区域更新及产业园未来规划设计提供借鉴。

In the future development process,industrial parks will become an important carrier of urban spatial evolution and social environment replacement,and undertake the important historical mission of innovation-driving and industrial revival[1].Based on the theory of urban space regeneration,through the study on the future development trend of the industrial park,this paper puts forward the corresponding design and research highlights,and explores on the simulation and application of design highlights in the cases,with a view to provide a reference for urban regional renewal and future planning and design of industrial parks.
