公平性理念演进背景下城市公园绿地供需评价及优化——以上海社区公园绿地为例

Evaluation and Optimization of the Supply and Demand of Urban Park Green Spaces in the Context of the Evolution of the Concept of Equity: A Case of Shanghai Community Park Green Spaces

公园绿地规划由“地的公平”向“人的公平”演进。本文基于此背景,探讨社区公园绿地供需内涵演进,选择上海社区公园绿地为研究对象,讨论公园绿地供需及匹配情况,最后提出公园绿地供需优化策略。研究发现,上海社区公园绿地存在局地供给低下、需求较高,以及供需错配等问题,对此,本文提出关注供需错配、小型公共空间供给和特定群体需求三个适用社区公园绿地优化的应对策略,以期丰富公园绿地规划“人的公平”理念认识与应用方法论。

The planning of park green space evolves from“equity of land”to“equity of people”.Based on this background,the paper first discussed the evolution of the supply and demand of urban park green space,and then chosen Shanghai community park green space as the object of this study to discuss the supply and demand of park green space and their matching situation.Finally,the optimization strategy of park green space was proposed.The study found that Shanghai community park green space have problems such as low supply in certain areas,high demand in the interior,and mismatch of supply and demand.Then the paper put forward three corresponding strategies of paying attention to the mismatch of supply and demand,the supply of small public space and the demands of specific groups,with a view to enrich the understanding and application methodology of the concept of“human justice”in park green space planning.
