基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of polycystic ovary syndrome treated by traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace

目的:应用CiteSpace工具,对中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的文献进行可视化分析,探索、总结中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的研究现状、热点以及发展状况。方法:检索2005年—2020年中国知网中多囊卵巢综合征与中医药相关文献,应用CiteSpace5.5.R2软件对收录文献的作者、研究机构、关键词等绘制知识图谱并进行可视化分析。结果:此次研究共纳入有效文献1194篇,近16年发文量较为稳定,呈波动增长;作者之间有较为固定的研究团队,但跨机构、跨区域的交流合作目前相对较少;侯丽辉教授是发文最多的研究者;黑龙江中医药大学第一附属医院是发文最多的研究机构;利用互信息算法对关键词聚类,显示研究主要包括中医药治疗、临床特征、内分泌激素变化、病因病机、临床分型与治则等方面。应用数据挖掘技术研究该领域的趋势与发展动向是目前研究的主流,且持续性可观。结论:该研究图谱直观展现了该领域的发展历程、前沿趋势及研究热点,为科研人员提供了研究方向。近十几年来我国中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征显示出独特优势,基于可视化结果,建议不同机构与作者在现有的研究基础上,加强交流、合作,形成密切的合作网络,探索更新的研究方法与手段,期待取得创新性突破。

Objective:To explore and summarize the research status,hot spots and development status of polycystic ovary syndrome treated with traditional Chinese medicine by using CiteSpace tool. Methods:The related literatures of polycystic ovary syndrome and traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI from 2005 to 2020 were searched.Citespace5.5.R2 software was used to draw the knowledge map of the authors,research institutions and key words of the included literatures and conduct visual analysis. Results:A total of 1194 effective papers were included in this study,and the number of papers published in the past 16 years was relatively stable,showing a fluctuating growth;there was a relatively fixed research team among the authors,but the cross institutional and cross regional communication and cooperation was relatively small;Professor Hou Lihui was the researcher who published the most papers;the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine was the research institution which published the most papers;mutual information algorithm was used The key words clustering showed that the research mainly included TCM treatment,clinical characteristics,endocrine hormone changes,etiology and pathogenesis,clinical classification and treatment principles. The application of data mining technology to study the trend and development trend of this field is the mainstream of current research,and the sustainability is considerable. Conclusion:The research atlas directly shows the development process,frontier trend and research hotspot of this field,and provides research direction for researchers. In recent years,Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Based on the visualization results,it is suggested that different institutions and authors should strengthen communication and cooperation on the basis of existing research,form a close cooperation network,explore new research methods and methods,and expect to make innovative breakthroughs.
