摘要 目的探讨影响模态对话框认知效率的设计要素和提高认知效率的设计方法。方法通过分析模态对话框的认知过程确定设计要素及设计要点,借助眼动实验数据来分析设计要素对认知效率的影响,最后基于层次分析法得出最优的设计方案。结果按钮的不同水平对任务完成时间、注视点数和注视时间均有显著影响,是否有标识对用户注视点数量有显著的影响,内容和按钮两个变量的在交互作用显著,实验材料中(直奔主题*内容不加粗*无标识*解释功能按钮)设计组合的认知效率最高。结论将按钮设计为解释功能、不设计标识、核心内容加粗显示和按钮解释功能不同时采用等设计要点,为模态对话框设计提供重要参考。 Objective This study aims to explore the design factors that affect the cognitive efficiency of modal dialog box,and the design methods to improve the cognitive efficiency.Methods The key design elements were determined by analyzing the cognitive process of modal dialog box,and the influence of design elements on cognitive efficiency was analyzed by eye movement experiment.Finally,the optimal design scheme was obtained based on analytic hierarchy process.Results Buttons on the different levels have a significant impact on task completion time,gazing points and duration;whether there is a logo has a significant impact on the number of users'gaze;two variables of content and button have remarkable interaction;cognitive efficiency of design combination in the experimental materials(to the point*content not marked as bold*without logo*button for explanation function)is the highest.Conclusion It is concluded that strategies of explanation function,without logo design,bold display of the core content and interpretation function button should not be used at the same time in button design,which provides important reference for the design of modal dialog box.
