考虑设备部分负荷性能函数拟合误差的区域综合能源系统鲁棒优化调度

Robust Optimal Dispatching for Regional Integrated Energy System Considering Fitting Errors of Part Load Performance Functions of Components

摘要 区域综合能源系统中能量转换设备的效率是负载率的拟合函数,也称部分负荷性能函数。热电联产机组热电比的部分负荷性能函数存在拟合误差,忽略该误差可能会造成热负荷损失。运用鲁棒优化方法,通过盒式不确定集合描述该拟合误差,提出以系统运行成本最低为目标的、考虑设备部分负荷性能函数拟合误差的区域综合能源系统鲁棒优化模型。采用拉格朗日对偶理论将原鲁棒模型转化为半正定模型,使模型易于直接求解。所提模型有效地刻画设备部分负荷性能函数拟合误差及其范围,并应用于优化模型。仿真结果表明,考虑热电比的部分负荷性能函数拟合误差后,降低了热负荷损失的风险,改变了系统调度方案,提高了系统运行鲁棒性和供热可靠性。 The efficiency of energy conversion components in a regional integrated energy system(RIES)is expressed as the fitting function of load rate,which is also known as the function of part load performance(PLP).There are fitting errors in the combined heat and power(CHP)unit’s heat-to-power ratio,and the neglect of these errors may cause heating load loss.In this paper,the fitting errors are described by uncertainty sets using the robust optimization meth⁃od,and a robust optimization model for RIES is proposed considering the fitting errors of PLPs of components,with the objective of minimum operation cost.The original robust model is transformed into a tractable semi-definite model by means of the Lagrangian duality theory.The fitting errors of the PLP functions of components and their ranges are effec⁃tively described by the proposed model,which are further applied to the optimization model.Simulation results show that with the consideration of fitting errors of heat-to-power ratio,the risk of heating load loss is reduced and the sched⁃uling scheme for the system is changed,thus improving the robustness of system operation and the reliability of heat supply.
