电话随访结合延续性护理对精神分裂症患者自我管理效能及病情控制情况的影响

Effect of telephone follow-up combined with continuous nursing on self-management efficacy and disease control of patients with schizophrenia

目的分析电话随访结合延续性护理对精神分裂症患者自我管理效能及病情控制情况的影响。方法以聊城市第四人民医院于2018年1月至2021年1月收治的106例精神分裂症患者为研究对象。将患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各53例,均行常规综合治疗及护理,并给予电话随访干预;观察组加用延续性护理。对比2组患者护理前、护理3个月后的自我管理效能、病情控制情况以及生活质量变化。结果护理3个月后,2组的自我管理量表各项目评分、生活质量调查表(GQOLI)评分、用药依从性均较护理前升高,精神病评定量表(BPRS)各项目评分均较护理前下降(P均<0.05);观察组的自我管理量表中日常生活自理、社会生活能力项目评分,GQOLI评分以及用药依从性均高于对照组,BPRS各项目评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论电话随访结合延续性护理能够提高精神分裂症患者的自我管理效能,改善其病情控制状况,提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of telephone follow-up combined with continuous nursing on the self-management efficacy and disease control of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 106 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group via random number table method,each with 53 cases.Both groups adopted routine comprehensive treatment and nursing,and received telephone follow-up.The observation group additionally adopted continuous nursing.The self-management efficacy,disease control,and changes of quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of nursing.Results After 3 months of nursing,the scores of self-management scale,generic quality of life inventory(GQOLI)and medication compliance in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)were lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05).The scores of activities of daily living and social life ability in self-management scale,GQOLI,and medication compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of BPRS were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Telephone follow-up combined with continuous nursing can improve the selfmanagement efficacy,disease control,and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.
