穴位贴敷联合综合护理对门诊慢性咳嗽患者的干预效果

Intervention effect of acupoint application combined with comprehensive nursing on outpatients with chronic cough

目的分析穴位贴敷联合综合护理在门诊慢性咳嗽患者中的干预效果和价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于徐州市中医院门诊就诊的100例慢性咳嗽患者,采用计算机随机分组法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组的慢性咳嗽患者采取常规门诊护理,观察组的慢性咳嗽患者在常规护理的基础上采取穴位贴敷联合综合护理。比较2组患者的临床疗效、症状变化和护理满意率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,较对照组的80.00%更高(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,2组的咳嗽、咳痰、喘息和咽部发炎症状评分均较同组干预前明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组的上述各症状评分均较对照组更低(P均<0.05)。观察组的护理满意率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合综合护理对于提高门诊慢性咳嗽患者的治疗效果和护理满意率、缓解其临床症状具有积极效果。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of acupoint application combined with comprehensive nursing on outpatients with chronic cough.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic cough who were treated in the outpatient department of Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer randomization,they were divided into a control group(50 case)and an observation group(50 case).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received acupoint application combined with comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the symptom scores of cough,expectoration,wheezing,and pharyngeal inflammation in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the above symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with comprehensive nursing has a positive effect on improving the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction rate of outpatients with chronic cough,and relieving their clinical symptoms.
