针灸推拿联合康复理疗对颈椎病患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy on patients with cervical spondylosis

目的探讨针灸推拿联合康复理疗对颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月于广州中医药大学附属粤海医院就诊的120例颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分入对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上接受针灸推拿联合康复理疗干预,比较2组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、颈椎功能、血液黏度和护理满意率。结果干预4周时,观察组的临床治疗总有效率和护理总满意率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预2周和4周时,2组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分均低于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组在上述时间点的VAS和NDI评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05);干预4周时,2组的VAS和NDI评分均低于同组干预2周时(P均<0.05)。干预4周时,2组的全血高切黏度和血浆黏度均低于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论针灸推拿联合康复理疗有助于提高颈椎病患者的临床疗效和护理满意度,减轻其疼痛感,改善其颈椎功能和促进血液流动。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy on patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical spondylosis who were treated at Yuehai Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group received acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy on the basis of conventional nursing.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,function of cervical spine,blood viscosity,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the total effective rate of clinical treatment and total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and neck disability index(NDI)scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the VAS scores and NDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the VAS scores and NDI scores of the two groups were lower than those after 2 weeks of intervention(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the whole blood high shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy can improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients with cervical spondylosis,reduce the pain,improve the function of cervical spine,and improve the blood circulation.
