摘要
以甲基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷、苯基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷为原料,通过水解缩聚法制得甲基苯基硅树脂,研究了缩聚时间、缩聚温度、催化剂种类和用量对硅树脂黏度的影响。结果表明,较佳的反应条件为缩聚时间8~10 h、缩聚温度145~154 ℃、辛酸锌作催化剂、催化剂用量0.030%~0.035%,此时硅树脂的黏度为117 mPa · s。
Using methyltrichlorosilane, dimethyldichlorosilane, phenyltrichlorosilane, and diphenyldichlorosilane as raw materials, methylphenyl silicone resin was prepared by hydrolysis polycondensation method. The effect of polycondensation time, polycondensation temperature, catalyst type and dosage on the viscosity of silicone resin had been investigated. The results show that the optimal reaction conditions are as follows: polycondensation time of 8-10 h, polycondensation temperature of 145-154 ℃, zinc octoate as catalyst, catalyst content of 0.030%-0.035%, and the viscosity of silicone resin at the condition is 117 mPa · s.
