The principle and process of the deep desorption of hydrochloric acid by sulfuric acid method are briefly described, and the advantages of this process and the operation of the device in silicone industry is introduced. The operating results show that the process is stable, the recovery rate of hydrogen chloride is more than 99%, and the mass percentage of hydrogen chloride in the wastewater is less than 0.3%.
