硫酸法盐酸深解吸装置在有机硅行业的应用

摘要 简述了硫酸法盐酸深解吸原理及工艺,介绍了该工艺的优势和装置在有机硅行业的运行情况。运行结果表明:该装置运行稳定,氯化氢回收率大于99%,废水中氯化氢质量分数低于0.3%,系统抗堵性能良好,经济效益显著。 The principle and process of the deep desorption of hydrochloric acid by sulfuric acid method are briefly described, and the advantages of this process and the operation of the device in silicone industry is introduced. The operating results show that the process is stable, the recovery rate of hydrogen chloride is more than 99%, and the mass percentage of hydrogen chloride in the wastewater is less than 0.3%. This process shows an excellent anti-blocking performance in the system and remarkable economy benefits.
