摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提升,食品安全问题已经成为社会各界人士所关注的问题。食品检验机构的主要责任是检验食品安全,因此负责食品检验的机构必须为食品安全奠定基础。质量监督可以确保食品检验机构按照规范流程开展工作,提升检验质量,而且还可以优化工作疏漏,是极为重要的手段。由于在当前阶段我国的食品检验实验室管理水平参差不齐,所以易造成最终的检验质量并不具备极高的精准度,因此为了改变这一现状则必须加大对食品检验机构实验室的质量管理。本文对质量管理在食品检验机构实验室管理中的应用进行研究。
With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,food safety has become a common concern of people from all walks of life.The main responsibility of food inspection institutions is to inspect food safety.Therefore,the institutions responsible for food inspection must lay an excellent foundation for food safety.Quality supervision is an extremely important means to ensure that food inspection institutions carry out work in accordance with standardized processes,improve inspection quality,and optimize work omissions.At the present stage,the management level of China’s food inspection laboratories is uneven,so it is easy to cause that the final inspection quality does not have high accuracy.Therefore,in order to change this situation,we must increase the quality management of the laboratories of food inspection institutions.This paper will study the application of laboratory quality management in food management institutions.
