章丘区餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位治理整顿成果分析

Analysis of the Results of Governance and Rectification of Centralized Disinfection Service Units for Tableware and Drinking Utensils in Zhangqiu District

目前餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位存在消毒餐具不消毒,消毒单位消毒设施不全或者不用等问题,已成为广大消费者的关注热点。济南市章丘区政府十分重视,开展了餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位治理整顿工作,在区市场监督管理局、区环保局、区卫生和计划生育监督所等部门的联合监管下,成果显著。章丘区整合的2家餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位全部符合卫生标准,通过随机检测,全部符合餐具饮具卫生标准。本文对章丘区餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位治理整顿成果进行分析,并对监管工作提出了建议,以供参考。

At present,the problems existing in the centralized disinfection service units of tableware and drinking utensils,such as non disinfection of disinfected tableware,incomplete or unused disinfection facilities of disinfection units,have become the focus of the majority of consumers.The Zhangqiu district government of Jinan City attaches great importance to it,and has carried out the rectification of centralized disinfection service units of tableware and drinking utensils.Under the joint supervision of the Market Supervision Administration,Environmental Protection Agency,Health and Family Planning Supervision Institute and other departments of Zhangqiu District,remarkable results have been achieved,Zhangqiu district is integrated into two centralized disinfection service units for tableware and drinking utensils,all of which meet the health standards.Through random testing,all of them meet the health standards for tableware and drinking utensils.This paper analyzes the results of management and rectification of tableware and drinking utensils Centralized Disinfection service units in Zhangqiu District,and puts forward some suggestions on supervision for reference.
