摘要
目的:研究微波蒸发浓缩技术在测定生活饮用水总α、总β放射性指标中的应用,建立微波浓缩样品前处理方法。方法:样品经微波蒸发浓缩、盐化、灼烧后,制得样品源,WIN-8A型二路低本底αβ测量仪上机,采用比较测量法检测总α、总β放射性指标含量,并与国标法进行对比。结果:微波蒸发浓缩方法大大缩短样品前处理时间,总α活度值平均回收率为93.6%,总β活度值平均回收率为95.2%,相对误差在6.35%~8.20%,总α探测下限平均0.007 Bq/L,总β探测下限平均0.012 Bq/L。结论:微波蒸发浓缩样品前处理技术大大缩短了检测时间,降低了劳动强度,符合检测要求,在生活饮用水总α、总β放射性指标检测方面具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective:To study the application of microwave evaporation concentration technique in the determination of total α and total β radioactivity in drinking water and to establish a method for sample pretreatment.Method:After the sample was concentrated by microwave evaporation,salinized and burned,the sample source was made,and WIN-8A two-channel low background αβ meter was installed on the machine.Result:The average recovery of totalαactivity was 93.6%,the average recovery of totalβactivity was 95.2%,the relative error was between 6.35% and 8.20%,the average lower limit of totalαdetection was 0.007 Bq/L,average lower limit of total Beta detection 0.012 Bq/L.Conclusion:Microwave evaporation sample pretreatment technology can greatly shorten the detection time and reduce the labor intensity.It has a wide application prospect in the detection of totalαandβradioactivity in drinking water.
