消费者对于人造肉中植物蛋白肉的态度调研 被引量:1

摘要 人口增长所引发的畜禽肉市场的供求矛盾使植物基人造肉逐步走进人们的视野。本文通过问卷调查的形式分析了消费者对人造肉中植物蛋白肉的态度。调查表明,消费者对于人造肉的了解不深,但绝大多数人愿意尝试人造肉。原因可能与国内信息媒体对其宣传度不高、人们对其了解较少等有重要关系。建议加强宣传力度,提高营销手段,扩大营销渠道,同时,应加强对植物蛋白肉生产和加工全过程的监管,严格控制产品质量,以提高人们对于植物蛋白肉这类产品的信心。 The contradiction between supply and demand of livestock and poultry meat market caused by population growth has led to the gradual introduction of plant-based artificial meat.This paper analyzed people’s attitude towards vegetable protein meat in artificial meat through questionnaire.Surveys showed that people don’t know much about artificial meat,but most people are willing to try it.The reason may be related to the low publicity degree of domestic information media and less understanding of it.It is suggested to strengthen the publicity,improve marketing means,expand marketing channels,at the same time,to strengthen the production and processing of plant protein meat supervision,strict control of product quality,to improve people’s confidence in plant protein meat products.
