摘要
本文分析了奶酪中亚硝酸盐不确定度测定工作中分光光度法的应用以及不确定度来源。依据相关标准确定实验方法完成准备工作,检测后将所得的实验数据建立完整的数学模型,利用数学模型对奶酪中亚硝酸盐的含量进行计算,根据实验不确定度来源,对其进行分量计算和分析,确定食品中亚硝酸盐的测定结果,计算分析不确定度,将结论作为后续实验的参考依据。
The application of spectrophotometry in determination of nitrite uncertainty in cheese and the sources of the uncertainties are discussed in this paper.In the process of study,experimental methods and preparation are determined according to the requirement of determination standards.After detection,a complete mathematical model is established based on the obtained experimental data to calculate the nitrite content in cheese.By conducting component calculation and analysis according to the sources,the experimental uncertainties can be measured and therefore the testing results of nitrite can be determined.These conclusions can provide references for further experiments.
