In recent years,with the strengthening of national health awareness,tea ceremony health care has attracted more and more people’s attention.Fu tea is the most characteristic product of dark tea,which is favored by people because of its unique quality and efficacy.It has been regarded as an excellent drink for health preservation,weight loss and health care,and international and domestic sales are increasing day by day.This paper reviews the health care function of Fu tea,in order to provide a reference for the relevant personnel.
