利用自媒体的诈骗犯罪是以自媒体平台为主要犯罪工具的一种新型电信网络诈骗犯罪,其具有犯罪人年轻化、文化程度低、职业不固定,被害者人数众多且存在过错行为等特征。从产生原因上看,此类犯罪在个人层面源于犯罪人的理性选择,在社会层面则源于社会结构性紧张和流量经济助推、多元文化冲击下社会价值观扭曲以及自媒体监管缺失等多个方面。为预防和控制此类犯罪,需加强自媒体平台“把关人”的作用,创造良好的教育就业环境,重视文化引导和防诈宣传,同时也需不断推进网络侦查技术的专业化发展。

The use of self-media fraud crime is a new type of telecommunications network fraud crime with the self-media platform as the main criminal tool. The number of cases has increased rapidly in recent years,with the characteristics of young offenders, low education level, irregular occupation, large number of victims and faulty behavior. The use of self-media fraud crimes stems from the rational choice of the offender at the individual level, from the structural tension of society and the boost of the flow economy, the distortion of social values under the impact of multiculturalism, and the lack of self-media supervision and law. In order to prevent and control such crimes, it is necessary to strengthen the role of the "gatekeeper" of the self-media platform, create a good educational and employment environment, attach importance to cultural guidance and anti-fraud propaganda, and promote the professional development of network investigation technology.
