摘要
针对铁路大型箱梁质量监测和控制的重大需求,自主开发了一套可应用于箱梁静载试验的智能监控系统。首先,对高铁箱梁静载试验的流程进行了梳理,并以此确定了智能监控系统的主体结构和搭建思路;其次,在静载试验的现场布设了传感器网络硬件系统,并开发了相应的智能软件系统;最后,对静载试验梁体内三向应变和钢绞线张拉力的监测数据进行了分析和拟合,验证了智能监测系统的可行性和准确性,为新时代高质量铁路建设提供了有益的参考。
In order to meet the great demand of quality monitoring and control of large box girder in railway,an intelligent monitoring system for static load test of box girder is developed independently.Firstly,the static load test process of high-speed rail box girder is sorted out,and the main structure and construction idea of intelligent monitoring system are determined.Secondly,the sensor network hardware system is set up in the static load test site,and the corresponding intelligent software system is developed.Finally,the monitoring data of triaxial strain and tension of steel strand in static load test beam are analyzed and fitted to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the intelligent monitoring system.It provides a beneficial reference for the construction of high-quality railway in the new era.
