摘要 以厦蓉高速贵州境毕节至生机段磨刀沟大桥为工程背景,针对此工程独特的峡谷地貌和施工荷载,基于既有制式器材设计了悬索吊贝雷片塔架体系(获专利,专利号为CN204325940U),采用有限元程序对塔架受力、整体稳定性和塔顶位移进行验算;明确了贝雷片塔架的安装和横移工艺,并将其应用于工程实施。实践表明:提出的贝雷片塔架安全可靠、受力合理、稳定性强、拼装简单、施工速度快,有力地保障了拱桥的顺利施工;明确了索塔的塔脚临时固结、塔架拼装及横移等施工技术关键点,这有利于贝雷片塔架在缆索吊装体系中的应用推广。 Taking the Modaogou Bridge,which located at Bijie to Shengji section of Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway in Guizhou as the engineering background,aiming at the unique canyon landform and construction load,the suspension crane Bailey tower system(Patent No.:CN204325940 U)is designed based on the existing standard equipment,and the finite element program is used to check the force,overall stability and top displacement of the tower;the installation and the lateral shift technology of Bailey tower are defined and applied to engineering implementation.The research shows that the proposed Bailey tower is safe and reliable,with reasonable stress,strong stability,simple assembly and fast construction speed,which effectively ensures the smooth construction of the arch bridge;the key points of construction technology such as temporary consolidation of tower foot,tower assembly and lateral shift of cable tower are clarified,which is conducive to the application and promotion of Bailey tower in cable hoisting system.
