盾构隧道连续下穿多股铁路地层预处理技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 盾构隧道下穿既有运营铁路施工难度高、风险大、对地面沉降控制严格,地面预处理方案的正确选择直接影响隧道施工安全和高速铁路运营安全。本文以成都地铁17号线人民塘站~航天路站盾构区间连续下穿四股运营铁路为背景,针对四股铁路结构形式和所处地层,提出钢管隔离桩和路基注浆的地层预处理方案,并介绍了两种处理技术;实践证明该方案安全可靠,可在保证盾构隧道安全施工的同时,有效控制地面沉降,对今后类似工程有很好的借鉴意义。 The shield tunnel underpasses the existing operating railway with high construction difficulty,high risk,and strict control of land subsidence.The correct choice of ground reinforcement measures directly affects the safety of tunnel construction and high-speed railway operation.Based on the shield tunnel section that between Renmintang Station and Hangtian Road Station of Chengdu Metro Line 17 runs continuously under the four-strand operating railway,according to the structure and stratum of the four-strand railway,this paper proposes the ground reinforcement measure for steel pipe isolation piles and roadbed grouting,and introduces two techniques.Practice has proved that the measure is safe and reliable,and can effectively control land subsidence while ensuring the safe construction of shield tunnels,which has a good reference for similar projects in the future.
