铁路煤炭集装箱运输存在的问题与发展探析

An Exploration of Railway Coal Container Transportation on the Existing Problems and Development

在调整运输结构、实施双碳战略的新时代背景下,铁路煤炭集装箱运输是煤炭物流发展的重要方向。本文通过分析目前我国铁路煤炭集装箱运输存在的问题,并结合未来铁路煤炭集装箱运输特征优势,提出了铁路煤炭集装箱运输的发展对策,给未来煤炭集装箱运输改革优化提供了思考路径,煤炭“散改集”是基于大物流、大贸易基础上的运输资源优化配置,是铁路煤炭等大宗物资物流运输的必然发展趋势,但煤炭运输“一箱到底”的运输模式,仍存在着装载设备、场站能力、运输组织及运价等方面的问题需要解决,是未来改革发展的方向。

Under the new era background of adjusting transportation structure and implementing carbon peaking&carbon neutrality strategy,railway coal container transportation is the important direction of coal logistics development.By analyzing the current problems of China’s railway coal container transportation,and combining with the characteristics and advantages of future railway coal container transport,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of railway coal container transportation,which provides a thinking path for the reform and optimization of future coal container transport.Coal“bulk transportation to containerized type”is the optimal allocation of transportation resources based on big logistics and big trade,and it is the inevitable development trend of railway coal and other bulk materials logistics transportation.However,the transportation mode of“one box to the end”of coal transportation still has some problems to be solved,such as loading equipment,station capacity,transportation organization and freight rate,which is the direction of future reform and development.
