摘要 在党的坚强领导下,中国人民的生活发生翻天覆地的变化,消费结构实现了从温饱型到小康型,再向富裕型、享受型转变,中国已成为世界第二大消费市场。在新发展格局下,推动工业转型升级,增强工业增长的内生动力与活力,需要发挥超大规模市场优势,以提升产业链、供应链的稳定性和竞争力,推进制造业价值链升级,牵引支撑关键核心技术攻坚取得突破,激发中小企业创新创业。同时,应从调整收入分配结构、建设现代流通体系、优化投资结构、推进产业数字化转型和提升市场主体活力与发展能力等方面出发,不断将我国工业高质量发展向更深层次推进。 Under the strong leadership of the CPC, the people’s lives have witnessed drastic changes in which the people’s consumption demands have shifted from daily necessities to well-off and even enjoyment type of entities and China has become the second largest consumption market in the world. In the new pattern of development, to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading, and to enhance the endogenous power and vitality of industrial growth, the magemarket should exert its advantages to improve the stability and competitiveness of the industry and supply chain, to boost the promotion of the value chain of manufacturing industry, to facilitate the breakthroughs in core technologies, and to stimulate the innovation and initiatives of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the meanwhile, the industrial development will be further promoted by adjusting income distribution, building modern circulation systems, optimizing investment structure, pushing forward industrial digital transition and enhancing the dynamism of market entities.
