白眼残翅果蝇在本科遗传学杂交实验教学中的应用

摘要 果蝇是遗传学实验中最常用的动物模型,且以野生型、白眼、残翅、黑檀体最为常见。将白眼残翅果蝇应用于本科果蝇杂交实验实践中,使果蝇单因子杂交实验(孟德尔分离定律)和伴性遗传实验(性连锁基因遗传),经一次杂交统计获得实验结果,同时丰富本科实验室果蝇教学品种和实验方法。以自主培育果蝇的方法进行教学,可调动学生实验的主观能动性和创新性,对本科实验教学的改革和创新具有一定的指导意义,在遗传学本科杂交实验教学中具有较高的教学价值。 Drosophila are the most commonly used animal model on the genetics experiment,including wild type,white eyes,vestigial wings and ebony body.Drosophila with white eyes and vestigial wings are applied to the practice of drosophila hybridization experiments,including single factor hybridization experiments(separation of mendelian law)and sex-linkage genetic experiments(sex-linked genetic inheritance).After one time of hybridization statistics,experiment results are acquired.At the same time,the teaching varieties and experimental methods of drosophila in undergraduate teaching laboratory are enriched.The teaching of self-cultivation of drosophila could adjust the subjective initiative and innovation of student experiments,and has certain guiding significance for the reform and innovation of undergraduate experimental teaching.It has relatively good teaching value in hybridization experiment teaching of undergraduate in genetics.
