Study on the Training of Accounting Innovative Talents Under Digital Economy

对数字经济下的会计创新人才培养进行了讨论,分析了数字经济对企业资产、企业会计核算和企业会计人员的影响,提出了适应数字经济的会计创新人才培养措施。数字经济时代对传统会计工作提出新挑战,对会计专业人才培养提出新要求,为了适应新经济发展趋势,应构建多元立体的人才创新培养模式。

The study discusses the training of accounting innovative talents under digital economy;analyzes the influence of digital economy on assets,financial accounting and accounting personnel of the enterprise;and proposes the countermeasures of accounting innovative talent training measures in accordance with digital economy.There is new challenge for traditional accounting in digital economic era,and there is new requirement for accounting professional talent training.In order to adapt to the tendency of economic development,it is suggested to establish multi-element three-dimensional talent innovative training mode.
