摘要
以阳光学院为例,对新工科背景下工程管理专业人才培养模式进行讨论。明确了人才培养目标,对人才培养模式进行总体设计,提出了具体的人才培养改革路径:优化培养方案,课程体系包含多门学科;改革教学方式,丰富教学手段;完善实践教学,实现工匠精神现代化;重视评教结合,实现育人效果质的提升。要优化升级工程管理专业人才培养模式,这样有助于培养全面发展的新工科人才。
Through taking Yango University as an example,the study discusses the engineering management talent training mode under new engineering background,clarifies talent training target,generally designs talent training mode,and proposes specific talent training reform path,i.e.to optimize training scheme,make curriculum system include multi-discipline;reform teaching method,enrich teaching means;perfect practical teaching,achieve craftsman spirit modernization;highlight the combination of evaluation and teaching,and promote education effect.The optimization and upgrade of engineering management talent training mode can promote to train comprehensive development of new engineering talents.
