The study explores the teaching reform strategies of college physics under applied talent training mode,discusses the function of college physics in applied talent training,analyzes necessity of the reform,and points out the problems.The student’s foundation of students is weak,study motivation is lacked,cognition of students on course is insufficient,teaching content setting is irrational,the content of teaching materials needs to be innovated,and teaching mode is simple.The teaching reform strategies of college physics under applied talent training mode are proposed.We should improve the cognition of the importance of applied talents training from the colleges and universities,make sure that colleges,teachers and students have clear cognition on the values;enhance student’s learning consciousness,cultivate good learning habits,make them learn college physics in more positive attitude;perfect teaching system,reform teaching content,optimize current teaching system,ensure the pertinence of teaching activities,and the difference in class time setting and teaching method;clarify teaching target,optimize teaching method,deeply comprehend teaching content before class,adopt scientific teaching method according to student mind,body characteristics and learning situation;strengthen teaching staff construction,improve teacher’s comprehensive quality,encourage teachers to continuously enrich their own professional knowledge,grasp advanced teaching method;flexibly apply various kinds of teaching methods and means,improve teaching quality,and improve teaching reform efficiency.
