新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情应急防控阶段研究生情绪状态及心理状况调查

摘要 目的:了解沈阳市某医学院校在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情应急防控阶段研究生的情绪状态以及心理状况。方法:于2022年3月29日至4月3日,以沈阳市某医学院校封闭的全体研究生为调查对象,采用自编问卷及抑郁-焦虑-压力自评量表(DASS-21),通过问卷星线上调查,了解本轮疫情应急管理期间研究生的心理健康状况。结果:本次共调查261名研究生,有85.44%研究生对本轮疫情防控及校园管理持积极态度,压力、焦虑、抑郁三个维度异常检出率分别为10.73%、17.62%、22.61%。男生的压力状态异常检出率高于女生(P<0.05),非独生子女焦虑、抑郁状态异常检出率均高于独生子女(P<0.05)。身体健康情况良好或非常健康的研究生其压力、焦虑、抑郁状态异常检出率明显低于健康状况一般及较差同学(P<0.05);对疫情感受一般、从容以及十分从容的研究生其抑郁状态异常检出率略低于对疫情感受担忧及很担忧的研究生(P<0.05);每日自学时长3 h以上的研究生其抑郁状态异常检出率明显低于每日自学时间不足3 h的研究生(P<0.05);偶尔及从未有倦怠学习心理的研究生其焦虑和抑郁状态异常检出率明显低于经常或总是有倦怠学习心理的研究生(P<0.05);对学校开展消毒活动很满意的研究生其焦虑和抑郁状态异常检出率明显低于对学校开展消毒活动满意、一般及不太满意的研究生(P<0.05)。结论:本次疫情应急防控阶段研究生总体适应良好,呈积极态度。学校应该针对不同心理状态的学生给予不同的心理疏导,提高对突发公共卫生事件的防范能力。 Objective:To investigate the emotional state and psychological condition of postgraduate students in a medical college in Shenyang during the emergency prevention and control stage of COVID-19. Method:The self-designed questionnaire and Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale(DASS-21) were used to investigate the mental health status of postgraduate students enrolled in a medical school in Shenyang from Mar 29 to Apr 3,2022. Results:A total of 261 postgraduate students were surveyed,and 85.44% had positive attitudes toward the current round of epidemic prevention and control and campus management.The detection rates of stress, anxiety and depression were 10.73%, 17.62% and 22.61%, respectively. Male postgraduate students had a higher detection rate of abnormal stress state than female students(P<0.05). The detection rates of anxiety and depression were higher in non-only children than those in only children(P<0.05). The detection rates of stress,anxiety and depression in postgraduates with good or very healthy health were significantly lower than those of students with average or poor health(P<0.05). The postgraduates who felt average, calm and very calm about the epidemic, and whose daily self-study time≥3 h had a lower detection rate of depression(P<0.05). The postgraduates who occasionally or never had burnout learning,and who were very satisfied with the school′s disinfection activities had lower detection rates of anxiety and depression(P<0.05). Conclusions: Postgraduate students in the emergency prevention and control stage of this COVID-19epidemic have generally adapted well and have a positive attitude. Schools should provide different psychological guidance to students with different psychological states to improve their preparedness for public health emergencies.
